As licensed Real Estate agents we share in the commission of the selling agent.

  • Select the most suitable real estate agent, we then negotiate their terms and commission structure
  • Select and work with a conveyancing solicitor or agency
  • Recommend Financial Management and Mortgage Broking Services
  • Prepare your property to be ‘Market Ready’ This may include renovations, landscaping and general presentation assistance
  • Style your property to ensure it has the widest appeal, especially to your target market
  • Manage the photography and work on the marketing process to ensure appropriate costs and extensive coverage
  • Manage the entire sales campaign, providing advice and consultation with the agent and potential buyers
  • Assist and advise you during the final part of the sales process whether it be auction or private treaty
